On December 13, 2008 at approximately 11:30 p.m. Porterville Police Department Officers were dispatched to an address in the 500 block of North Capitola Street, Porterville regarding a fight in progress.
Officer Sutherland stopped a pickup truck leaving the scene. The vehicle contained thirteen people.
The investigation revealed the above suspect had gone to a residence in the 500 block of North Capitola and assaulted the residents with beer bottles.
All of the suspects were identified as members of a criminal street gang. The victims sustained minor injures as a result of the assault.
All of the above suspects were booked into Tulare County Jail on the above charges.
