On November 20, 2008, at approximately 1:00 p.m., detectives with the Porterville Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit (S.I.U.), assisted by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department Narcotic Taskforce, served a search warrant in the 300 of South Holcomb Street.
During the search, investigators located approximately three (3) grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine, packaging material, methamphetamine pipes, and other items associated with the sales and trafficking of controlled substances.
Eduardo Zepeda was arrested for transportation of a controlled substance, possession of narcotic paraphernalia, and maintaining a residence where a controlled substance is being sold.
Eduardo Zepeda was booked at the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department and is being held in lieu of a $25,000 bail.
Jessica Culberson was contacted during the search warrant and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
Culberson was booked at the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department Bob Wiley Detention Facility and is being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
