Transporting Marijuana & Use of a Controlled Substance

by Sgt. Larry Rodriguez - Porterville Police Dept :
Officer Benas conducted a traffic stop at Jaye Street and Olive Avenue and contacted Eduardo Luna (50yrs) and Eriverto Robledo (29yrs).
A search of the vehicle revealed a small amount of marijuana at which time Luna was arrested for transportation of marijuana.
Robledo initially provided a false name and was arrested for use of a controlled substance.
A fingerprint check revealed Robledo’s true identity and he was found to have two felony warrants and 2 misdemeanor warrants for his arrest.
Both suspects were booked into the Tulare County Jail.
