On November 2, 2008 at approximately 9:26 a.m. Officer Bray responded to a confidential address in Porterville regarding domestic violence.
During the investigation it was determined Krystal Quiroz assaulted the confidential victim and took her cell phone by force.
Ms. Quiroz and the confidential victim have lived together on and off for the past several years. The victim suffered minor bruising to her face.
Ms. Quiroz left prior to police arrival but turned herself into the Porterville Police Department a short time later and was arrested.
Ms. Quiroz was transported to the Tulare County Sheriffs Department, Bob Wiley Detention Facility for housing on charges of Domestic Battery, and Strong Arm Robbery.
