On October 30, 2008, at approximately 11:20 a.m. Officers Miller and Orique were dispatched to a local super market regarding a theft in progress involving a subject armed with a knife.
Officers contacted the subject, Jeffrey Teague, at the business with the stolen merchandise.
Officers located an illegal knife concealed in Mr. Teague’s back pocket.
Mr. Teague was arrested and transported to the Porterville Police Department for booking.
Mr. Teague was transported to the Tulare County Sheriff Department, Porterville Sub-Station, for housing on charges of Burglary and Possession of an Illegal Weapon.
