On October 23, 2008 Officer Martinez conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a registration violation.
Officer Martinez contacted the driver, Rigoberto Ramirez, and determined he was an unlicensed driver.
During a search of Ramirez’s person, Officer Martinez located a small baggie of suspected Methamphetamine in Ramirez’s pocket.
Ramirez also had drug paraphernalia in his vehicle and was suspected of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Ramirez was subsequently arrested and transported to the Tulare County Sheriffs Porterville Substation.
