Officer Martinez was dispatched to Sierra Mini Mart located at 31 N. Newcomb Street.
It was reported that the suspect, Benjamin Woods, demanded he be sold alcohol regardless that it was past 2:00 a.m.
When the clerk refused to sell alcohol, Mr. Woods told the clerk that he was going to go do something crazy.
Officer Martinez located Woods riding his bicycle eastbound on Olive Avenue.
Officer Martinez arrested Woods for public intoxication and located brass knuckles in his possession.
Woods was booked at the substation for Public Intoxication and Possession of a Prohibited Weapon.
