Location: The City of Porterville
On October 16, Porterville Police Officers and Detectives, in conjunction with Tulare County Probation, conducted a gang suppression detail throughout the City of Porterville.
Officers selected specific target areas and residences to conduct Probation and Parole Court Compliance Checks on various known gang members throughout the City of Porterville.
Over the course of the enforcement action, officers completed …
(24) Gang Field Interviews, made
(11) misdemeanor arrests,
(2) felony arrests,
(2) traffic citations, and
(2) towed two vehicles
There were also (34) Probation / Parole searches, several of which resulted in the location of prohibited items and the subsequent arrest of the subjects.
