On October 5, 2008 at approximately 10:05 p.m. Officer Sutherland contacted a 15 year old juvenile near the intersection of Morton Avenue and F Street.
Officer Sutherland contacted the juvenile to investigate a curfew violation.
Officer Sutherland searched the juvenile. Officer Sutherland found a double edged dagger concealed upon the juvenile’s person.
The dagger was concealed and in a ready stabbing position.
The juvenile was arrested and booked at the Porterville Police Department.
He was released on a Thunderbolt citation to his parents.
