On September 25, 2008, at approximately 9:20 p.m. Officer Powers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Jaye Street and Olive Avenue.
Officer Powers contacted the 17 year old female driver, who displayed objective signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Upon further investigation the female juvenile was determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
She was also in possession of a useable amount of suspected methamphetamine and was arrested.
The female juvenile was transported to the Tulare County Juvenile Detention facility for housing on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance; Transportation of a Controlled Substance; and Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance.
