Possession of Cocaine, Under the Influence

On August 29th, 2008 at approximately 12:02 a.m. Officer Sutherland stopped Miguel Ramos near the intersection of Plano Street and Vandalia Avenue. Mr. Ramos was observed committing a Vehicle Code violation while riding a bicycle.
Mr. Ramos displayed the objective symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Mr. Ramos was arrested.
During a search incident to the arrest, Officer Sutherland found two small bindles of suspected cocaine upon Mr. Ramos’ person.
Mr. Ramos was subsequently booked into the Tulare County Sheriff’s Depart’s Porterville Substation on the above charges.
