Office Miller was patrolling the area of “G” and Henderson when he observed a male and female fighting in the street south of the intersection.
Offficer Miller detained the subjects, identified as Chelsea Olmos (08-21-87) and Ramon Martinez (01-12-87), along with an additional male, identified as Apolinario Camberos (04-22-87).
During the course of his investigation Officer Miller observed a white 2005 Chevrolet truck parked nearby and checked the registration which revealed it was stolen out of Hanford on 07-27-08.
Both males were associated with the truck and a subsequent search revealed about ½ gram of methamphetamine inside the truck.
All suspects were arrested and transported to PPD where the males were later booked at the Porterville substation for possession of stolen property, auto theft and possession of methamphetamine.
The female was released pursuant without any charges when it was determined she was not involved.
