On Friday, August 8, 2008 at 3:10 P.M., Police Officer J. Gong was in the area of Hockett Street and Orange Avenue.
As Officer Gong was patrolling the area, he observed two subjects in possession of open alcohol containers.
Officer Gong contacted the subjects and determined that one of them was in possession of a small baggie of cocaine.
The subject was a 17-year-old male juvenile and was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, (Cocaine) a felony.
He was booked at The Tulare County Juvenile Detention.
