On June 30, 2008, at 0420 hours, Porterville Officers were dispatched to Global Drug Testing, 38 West Morton regarding a window smash, commercial burglary.
On arrival, Officers found the front door glass of the business broken and a road flare lying at the front door.
Officers began checking the area and found suspect Pena walking near the business. Upon making contact, they observed broken glass fragments on his clothing and shoes.
In addition, Johnny Pena had the strike cap of the road flare in his pants pocket.
Suspect Pena was subsequently booked at the Tulare County Jail for the above listed charges.
