On February 6, 2009 at approximately 12:24 A.M., Officers of the Porterville Police Department responded to the 300 Block of South “E” Street, regarding a domestic disturbance.
Officers contacted the victim, who reported being struck and choked by David Baez.
The victim had a minor complaint of pain, but no visible injures were located.
Baez was located inside the residence and was taken into custody without incident.
Baez was booked into the custody of the Tulare County Sheriffs Department on a felony charge of domestic violence and a parole violation.
