On Friday, January 16, 2009, at 3:49 p.m. Officer Orique was dispatched to a confidential location in the city of Porterville regarding a disturbance.
Upon arrival the victim told Officer Orique her husband, Alejandro Hernandez, struck her causing minor visible injury to her face.
Mr. Hernandez was contacted at the scene and arrested without incident.
Mr. Hernandez was transported to the Tulare County Sheriffs Department, Porterville Sub-Station, for housing on a charge of 273.5 PC-Domestic Battery.
