Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of W. Mulberry in regards to a disturbance involving two groups of subjects. One group was last seen in a white 4 door vehicle and one of the occupants was overheard telling another to shoot somebody.

A Police motorcycle unit was in the area and observed the suspect vehicle drive past him. The vehicle was stopped and all five occupants were detained.

A subsequent search revealed a loaded 12 gauge shotgun in the trunk with the serial number painted over and a small amount of marijuana.

All five suspects were ultimately identified as southern gang members.

All were arrested for the listed charges and the juveniles were booked into the Juvenile Hall and the adult booked into the Tulare County Jail.
