Domestic Violence and Possession of a Loaded Firearm

On January 10, 2008 at approximately 11:00 p.m. officers were dispatched to an address located in the 100 block of North Red Oak Street regarding a disturbance. Upon arrival Dennis Rushing and Ryan Muller were contacted in front of the residence.

An investigation into the incident revealed Mr. Rushing had assaulted a confidential victim causing minor injury. Mr. Rushing was arrested at the scene without incident.

Mr. Muller was also contacted at the scene. Mr. Muller was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm in a public place. Mr. Muller was also arrested at the scene without incident.

Mr. Rushing was booked into Tulare County Jail on a felony charge of domestic violence. Mr. Muller was also booked into Tulare County Jail on a felony charge of possession of a loaded firearm.
