On Friday, January 9, 2009, at approximately 9:32 a.m. Officer Lientz contacted Ruben Rodriguez in the parking lot of a local motel.
During the contact, Officer Lientz located a useable amount of suspected methamphetamine in Mr. Ruben Rodriguez’ possession.
Mr. Rodriguez also had three outstanding warrants for his arrest. Mr. Rodriguez was arrested without incident.
Mr. Rodriguez was transported to the Tulare County Sheriff Department, Porterville Sub-Station, where he was booked for a charge of 11377 HS.
