Possession of Oxycodone Tablets

At about 8:55 a.m., Officer Todd Lientz of the Porterville Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Henderson and Highway 65.
Upon contacting the occupants of the vehicle, Danielle Alfaro and Matthew Elliot, officers obtained consent to search the vehicle.
Further investigation revealed the two occupants were in possession of several Oxycodone tablets. They were arrested and transported to the Porterville Police Department where Alfaro was cited and released.
Elliot was later booked into custody at the Tulare County Jail.
