Born on October 23, 1979, in Strathmore, California, Flowers has spent his life immersed in the culture, struggles, and resilience of small-town America.
A graduate of Strathmore High School (Class of 1997) and Fresno State (2001), he has built a career that spans business development, marketing, and grassroots community-building.
He is the founder of Blessings of Liberty, a political education company dedicated to preserving constitutional principles, and American Conservatory, a local nonprofit committed to building strong communities and fostering civic engagement.
