In one of the most BLATANT examples of violating the Constitution, the
o(WHATTA)bummer regime is poised to approve a u.n. treaty which is a
GROSS violation of the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution.
Listen you unspeakably vile CESSPOOL SLUDGE (in washington, the
district of criminals) what part of "...shall not be infringed." (in
the supreme law of the land) are you pretending not to understand,
because it interferes with your socialist agenda, to enslave the free
citizens of this country ??
It has already been adjudicated that any law that is repugnant to the
Constitution
is null and void. If this "treaty" doesn't fit this description, I'll
hang up my chevrons,
retire from teaching this class and disown my i.q. points, which
(although not necessarily MENSA qualifying) have been sufficient for
my use, thus far.
The approval of this "treaty", by our elected employees should be
viewed as a criminal act, as it violates their oaths of office AND the
Constitution.
PLEASE, contact your senators (or Senators, if you are fortunate
enough to have those who deserve the capitals) and inform them of
these facts and that you will act according to their vote.
Recall elections, prosecution for defrauding your state, by taking
money under the false pretense of representing you and preserving, (or
supporting) protecting and defending the laws they are violating.(the
Constitution) should be a very real part of their future and are
things about which you need to warn them.
In case any of you are not understanding the issue, here, I'll break
it down for you.
The Constitution IS the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND and can only be (LEGALLY)
modified or superseded by an established process, contained WITHIN the
Constitution.
Any attempt to nullify, change or supersede ANY PART of it, in ANY OTHER WAY,
is ILLEGAL and should subject the perpetrators to legal penalties,
including those
for PERJURY, as I cannot believe that those who attempt this took
their oaths "..without mental reservation or purpose of evasion..."
In other words, they
LIIIIIIEED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Barring a mental breakdown, & judging by the actions of some of our
elected employees, I could almost believe that. )
You can't take a solemn oath to support a thing and then work your
(usually increasingly large) gluteous maximus off trying to destroy
it. That old dog don't hunt, here!
The bottom line is that any of the cesspool sludge, in washington, the
district of criminals, who have decided that the only way they can
destroy the 2nd Amendment is through the intervention of a foreign
power (the u.n.) and are TRYING to do so, should be removed from
office and PROSECUTED.
The proof is furnished by the ATTEMPT!!!
Don't drink the Koolaide and believe their Bravo Sierra that they are
acting within the scope of their authority granted "...by the consent
of the governed..." They're LYYYIIINNG!!!
